The Clarity Journal
My name is Ed Stanfield.
I created this 14-Day Challenge to help you master your habits.
Habit routines are like a superpower we all have within us. But, we're not managing it.
We don't give habits much thought, and we end up in daily routines that we repeat over and over.
Some of these are good. But, a lot of these routines work against us, silently undermining our efforts.
What if we managed our habits like they were a critical resource?
The potential is unlimited!
Each day you'll receive an email with a lesson and assignment you can put into action.
Join me in the 14-Day Challenge to discover the power of Habits.

I would recommend anyone go through it to get a better understanding of how their daily routines effect their productivity and how they feel about the progress they make each day, week and year in the pursuit of their goals

Before I started my habit practice, I would wake up each morning and start reviewing my Inbox. In the blink of an eye, half the morning was gone and I had nothing to show for it.
I worked through lunch trying to catch up.
By the end of the day, I was exhausted and my backlog of work just kept growing.
I was 40 pounds overweight and never worked out—telling myself I didn't have the time. But, all that extra time I was "saving" didn't seem to help.
After I implemented by habit routine . . .
• I read and meditate each
morning.
• I journal to get myself in the
optimal state of mind.
• I get more work done more
efficiently.
• I have time for a nap and
workout every day.
• I lost 50 pounds and friends
say I look too skinny.
So, can an intentional habit routine change just about everything? Yes!
